GBIE Substrates

GBIE hat sich der Entwicklung der best-in-class Beschichtungen für jedes existierende Substrat verschrieben. Wenn wir noch keine passende Beschichtung für Ihr Projekt haben, dann entwickeln wir eine für Sie.

GBIE unterscheidet zwischen Beschichtungshaftung und Beschichtungseigenschaften/-verwendung. Zuerst befassen wir uns mit der Haftung, dann definieren wir die gewünschten Eigenschaften aus.

HAFTUNG

SLIP-COAT Produkte haften auf:

  • TPE (Thermoplastische Elastomere): TPE, TPO, TPV
  • EPDM (künstlichem Kautschuk): extrudiert Solid- und Moosgummi,
  • Mikroporös Spritzgußteile, leitend, gefärbt
  • Hart- und Weich PVC
  • Andere: unsere Beschichtungen werden auf weiteren Substraten benutzt, die wir aus Wettbewerbsgründen nicht publizieren möchten. Kontaktieren Sie uns bitte um herauszufinden, ob wir Ihnen mit unseren Produkten bei Ihrem speziellen Anliegen helfen können.

EIGENSCHAFTEN/VERWENDUNG

SLIP-CODE Produkte bieten:

  • Wenig bis kein Geräusch (Quietschen oder Knarzen ): Gegenflächen bewegen sich geräuscharm bis geräuschlos relativ zu der Dichtung.
  • Geringer Reibungskoeffizient gegenüber Glas, lackiertem Metall, anderen beschichteten Dichtungen, Kunststoff, Leder und anderen Oberflächen.
  • Deckkraft: Die Trennfuge zwischen einem Spritzgussteil und einer Extrusion sowie Unebenheiten in den Oberflächen von Extrusionen oder Spritzgussteilen können überdeckt werden.
  • Geringer Glanz
  • Textur: SLIP-COAT Produkte werden handelsüblich in grober, mittlerer und feiner Textur und auch als glatte Beschichtung angeboten. Diese unterschiedlichen Texturen können verschiedene Problematiken lösen und bieten Designern eine Auswahl an interessanten Optiken.
  • Geringer Abrieb der Gegenflächen: Obwohl es vielleicht kontra-intuitiv scheint, dass eine texturierte Beschichtung das Abreiben von Gegenflächen verhindern kann, haben wir dies mit unseren Beschichtung in mehr als 25 Jahren praktischer Erfahrung an Hunderten von Fahrzeugen bewiesen.

Haptik : Es ist wichtig, wie sich eine Beschichtung anfühlt. SLIP-COAT Produkte fühlen sich nie schmierig an. Es können zahlreiche verschiedenen Oberflächen mit unterschiedlichen Texturen erschaffen werden, eingeschlossen solcher mit schwieriger darzustellender Haptik wie seidig oder buttrig.
