GBIE Substrates

GBIE è impegnata nello sviluppo di rivestimenti di altissima qualità per qualsiasi substrato esistente. Se non abbiamo già un rivestimento adatto al vostro progetto, ne creeremo uno da zero.

GBIE separa le proprietà/funzionalità del rivestimento e la capacità di aderenza. Dobbiamo prima trovare una soluzione per l’aderenza e poi per le proprietà desiderate.

ADERENZA

I prodotti SLIP-COAT possono aderire a:

  • TPE: TPE, TPO, TPV
  • EPDM: denso, spugna, modanature, microdenso, conduttivo, colorato
  • PVC: Più o meno flessibile
  • Altri: I nostri rivestimenti sono utilizzati su altri substrati di cui non discutiamo per ragioni di concorrenza, chiedeteci se i nostri prodotti possono aggiungere valore ai vostri prodotti o risolvere problemi che avete riscontrato.

Diversi prodotti chimici di base sono utilizzati per aderire a diversi tipi di substrati. Non c’è certamente un solo prodotto che aderisca bene a tutti i substrati. Il laboratorio Ricerca e Sviluppo di GBIE è stato creato per aiutare i nostri clienti a identificare rapidamente l’aderenza ottimale del rivestimento per il loro substrato specifico.

PROPRIETÁ/FUNZIONALITÁ

I prodotti SLIP-COAT garantiscono:

  • Basso o nessun rumore (cigolio o stridio): le superfici di accoppiamento possono muoversi rispetto alla guarnizione con basso o nessun rumore.
  • Coefficiente di attrito basso: Su vetro, lamiera verniciata, altre guarnizioni rivestite, plastica, pelle e altre superfici.
  • Capacità di copertura: nasconde la linea di divisione tra un dettaglio stampato e un’estrusione; nasconde imperfezioni sulla superficie di estrusioni o stampi.
  • Bassa lucentezza.
  • Struttura: i prodotti SLIP-COAT vengono messi in commercio in strutture grezze, medie e fini, nonché come rivestimenti lisci. Queste diverse strutture possono aiutare a risolvere i problemi e fornire un’estetica accattivante tra cui scegliere.
  • Bassa abrasione delle superfici di accoppiamento: anche se può non essere intuitivo che un rivestimento testurizzato possa evitare l’abrasione di superfici di accoppiamento, i nostri rivestimenti hanno più di 25 anni di esperienza sul campo su centinaia di veicoli senza problemi di abrasione sulle superfici di accoppiamento.
  • Tattile: La sensazione al tatto del rivestimento è importante. I prodotti SLIP-COAT non si avvertono mai come unti. Sono disponibili una varietà di superfici diverse che creano strutture differenti ed altre superfici più difficili da descrivere che al tatto sembrano setose o burrose.
