GBIE Substrates

GBIE se dedica a desarrollar los mejores recubrimientos en su clase para cualquier sustrato expuesto al sol. Si aún no tenemos un revestimiento que se adapte a su proyecto, crearemos uno desde cero.

GBIE separa el desarrollo de los revestimientos en adhesión y propiedades/función. Primero debemos formular para la adhesión y luego diseñamos para las propiedades deseadas.

ADHESIÓN

Los productos SLIP-COAT pueden adherirse a:

  • TPE: TPE, TPO, TPV
  • EPDM: denso, esponja, moldura, microdenso, conductivo, coloreado
  • PVC: más flexible o menos flexible
  • Otros: nuestros revestimientos se usan sobre otros sustratos que no mencionaremos por razones de competencia, pregúntenos si nuestros productos pueden añadir valor a sus productos o solucionar los problemas de sus piezas.

Diferentes agentes químicos se usan para adherirse a diferentes tipos de sustratos. Realmente no existe ningún producto que pueda adherirse a todos los sustratos. El laboratorio de I+D de GBIE está diseñado para ayudar a nuestros clientes rápidamente e identificar la adhesión óptima del revestimiento para un sustrato específico.

PROPIEDADES/FUNCIÓN

Los productos SLIP-COAT pueden proporcionar:

  • Bajo o ausencia de sonido (crujidos o chirridos): Las superficies de contacto pueden moverse relativamente hacia la junta con ruido bajo o ausente.
  • Bajo coeficiente de fricción: Contra cristal, capas de metal pintado, otras juntas revestidas, plástico, piel, así como otras superficies.
  • Poder de ocultamiento: Oculta la línea de separación entre un detalle moldeado y una extrusión; oculta imperfecciones en las superficies de extrusión o molduras.
  • Brillo bajo.
  • Textura: Los productos SLIP-COAT son comercialmente vendidos en texturas fina, media y gruesa, así como en revestimientos lisos. Estas diferentes texturas pueden ayudar a resolver problemas y ofrecer estéticas diferentes para que los diseñadores escojan.
  • Baja abrasión de superficies de contacto: Aunque puede ir en contra del sentido común que in revestimiento texturado pueda evitar el desgaste de una superficie de contacto, nuestros recubrimientos tienen más de 25 años de experiencia en el campo sobre cientos de vehículos son problemas de abrasión en dichas superficies.
  • Sensaciones: La sensación sobre el recubrimiento es importante. Los productos SLIP-COAT nunca se sienten grasientos.  Es posible una variedad de diferentes superficies que pueden crear diversas texturas, así como otras más difíciles de describir sensorialmente como sedosa o mantecosa.
